On 19 and 20 May 2026, Nantes hosted the Seanergy Forum, France’s leading international event on offshore renewable energy, bringing together industry stakeholders, researchers, innovators and policymakers from across Europe and beyond.

AOFFTECH partners were present at this key gathering, where the project had a special moment in the programme: Nantes Université delivered a dedicated presentation of the AOFFTECH project, showcasing our work to accelerate the deployment of floating offshore wind energy in the Atlantic Area.

The event also featured the participation of Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique, who took part in a pitch session focused on cross-cluster collaboration between Nantes and Hamburg, and co-organised several highlights of the fórum, including the award ceremony for the AMI Iberdrola prizes and the launch of the Open Sea AMI initiative to support the next generation of marine renewable energy prototypes.
